Microsoft Exchange Email Login Step by Step Instructions:

  1. First, visit the Microsoft Exchange page located at http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/microsoft-exchange-online-email-for-business-FX103739072.aspx
  2. Scroll to the far right hand side of the page. Up in the top right hand corner in pale gray is the "sign in" link. Click it.
  3. You will get a pop up windoe that asks you to sign into a Microsoft Account or Organizational Account. Choose whichever applies to you.
  4. Enter your email address and password and click the blue "sign in" button. This should log you in. If not move on to the next section.

 

 

Microsoft Exchange Email Password Reset Instructions:

  1. Click on the "Cant access your account?" link.
  2. Enter your User ID into the box provided, hint: your User ID is the same as your email address.
  3. Enter the characters in the picture or the words in the audio security portio and click the blue "next" button.
  4. This shoudl reset your password so you can try logging in again.
